1) Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Shipping availability and prices depend on destination and product size.
2) Production time (made-to-order)
All framed prints are made to order. Production time varies by product and demand. Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout.
3) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and frame size.
Free shipping thresholds
Free shipping applies only to:

UK orders over £99.99
-
EU (EU1-EU4) orders over €114.99
(Free shipping does not currently apply to the USA, Canada, or other regions.)
4) Customs duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
5) Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge for reshipping.
6) Delays, tracking and lost parcels
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs and carrier delays. If your order appears lost, contact info@greaterthan.art and we will investigate with the carrier and fulfilment partner.
Framed print shipping prices
Our framed prints are carefully packaged in secure cardboard boxes.
We ship all products worldwide.
The cost of shipping is dependent on the size of the frame and the destination. Below is a table outlining the cost of various frame sizes to the various shipping zones.
Below this table follows 2 more tables, the first outlining the dimensions of our products that belong in their respective shipping dimensions, and the table after that outlines which countries are in each shipping zone.

The prices listed in this table are subject to changes depending on changes in market transport costs. Regions that countries belong to that use a different currency to the one stated in the table below will be priced at the applicable exchange rate.
