Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

All GreaterThan.Art framed prints are produced made-to-order once your purchase is confirmed.
1) Change-of-mind returns
Because each item is made to order based on the options you select (including size and frame), we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once production has started.
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@greaterthan.art. If production has not started, we may be able to cancel or amend the order.
Important: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. UK consumer protections for faulty goods apply regardless of store policy. GOV.UK+1
2) Damaged items, defects and wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@greaterthan.art within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the product, packaging, and damage/issue
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
3) Returns process (where a return is agreed)
If we ask you to return an item, we will provide instructions. Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.
4) Refunds (if approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by bank/payment provider.
